What counts as a project?

Each GitHub repository you choose to watch. Monorepos count once, however many package.json files they contain.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings and the change takes effect straight away, with the difference prorated.

What happens if I go over my project limit?

Your existing projects stay visible, but you can only watch up to your plan’s limit. Upgrade or swap projects to watch others.
