List of key / value pairs assigned to OptionsetField or CheckboxSetField do not have a default casting assigned to them. The effect of this is a potential XSS vulnerability in lists where either key or value contain unescaped HTML.

Is GHSA-468j-6jrc-2rjx in any of your client repos?

Checking one package by hand is fine. Checking it across forty client projects is not. NPMscan reads the lockfiles in every GitHub repo you pick, finds each project with an affected silverstripe/framework, and gives you the command that fixes it.
