HighGHSA-74mf-vjpg-9xh7CVE-2015-2171
Slim vulnerable to PHP object injection
Published 17 May 2022 · Updated 8 Dec 2024
Affected package
slim/slimComposer
- Affected
- <2.6.0
- Fixed in
- 2.6.0
Update to the fixed version for your release line, for example:
composer require slim/slim:^2.6.0Details
Middleware/SessionCookie.php in Slim before 2.6.0 allows remote attackers to conduct PHP object injection attacks and execute arbitrary PHP code via crafted session data.
Is GHSA-74mf-vjpg-9xh7 in any of your client repos?
Checking one package by hand is fine. Checking it across forty client projects is not. NPMscan reads the lockfiles in every GitHub repo you pick, finds each project with an affected slim/slim, and gives you the command that fixes it.
