Published 12 Jun 2026 · Updated 10 Sept 2026
Affected package
typo3/html-sanitizerComposer
- Affected
- <2.3.2
- Fixed in
- 2.3.2
Update to the fixed version for your release line, for example:
composer require typo3/html-sanitizer:^2.3.2Details
Namespace attributes are not encoded correctly during HTML serialization. This allows bypassing the cross-site scripting prevention mechanism of typo3/html-sanitizer before version 2.3.2.

Is GHSA-p5j5-4j3q-8mq8 in any of your client repos?
Checking one package by hand is fine. Checking it across forty client projects is not. NPMscan reads the lockfiles in every GitHub repo you pick, finds each project with an affected typo3/html-sanitizer, and gives you the command that fixes it.
