Details

Laravel 5.4.x before 5.4.22 does not properly constrain the host portion of a password-reset URL, which makes it easier for remote attackers to conduct phishing attacks by specifying an attacker-controlled host.

Is GHSA-rc8x-jrrc-frfv in any of your client repos?

Checking one package by hand is fine. Checking it across forty client projects is not. NPMscan reads the lockfiles in every GitHub repo you pick, finds each project with an affected laravel/laravel, and gives you the command that fixes it.
