The backend login has a basic brute force protection implementation which pauses for 5 seconds if wrong credentials are given. This pause however could be bypassed by forging a special request, making brute force attacks on backend editor credentials more feasible.
Is GHSA-jqr8-q455-xx45 in any of your client repos?
Checking one package by hand is fine. Checking it across forty client projects is not. NPMscan reads the lockfiles in every GitHub repo you pick, finds each project with an affected typo3/cms, and gives you the command that fixes it.
